1. Purpose of This Policy

This Refund & Withdrawal Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refund requests are managed for all programs, memberships, digital courses, and investments offered by Islamic Dinar Entrepreneur Development Centre Inc (ISDEDC).

Our goal is to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with international consumer protection and Shariah-compliant financial principles. 

2. Applicability

This policy applies to:

  • All online courses, mentorship programs, and training modules hosted on our or partner platforms;
  • ISDEDC membership or subscription fees;
  • Program enrollment fees for accelerators, incubators, or funding initiatives;
  • Any payments made directly to ISDEDC through isdedc.com, or official partner gateways.

  

3. General Refund Principles

  • All payments are non-refundable once the service, course, or membership has commenced.
  • Refunds may be considered only under specific eligibility conditions (see below).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or enrollment.
  • No refunds are granted for completed or partially completed digital programs. 

4. Eligibility for Refund

A user may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if:

  1. The purchased program or course is canceled or discontinued by ISDEDC before the start date;
  2. The user is unable to access the content due to a verified technical issue not resolved within 7 business days;
  3. The payment was made in error (duplicate transaction) and verified by our finance department;
  4. The user formally withdraws before accessing any course module or mentor session. 

Refund eligibility is subject to verification and documentation review.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a written request to [email protected] within the allowed timeframe;
  2. Include your full name, order number, payment reference, and reason for refund;
  3. Our billing team will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days;
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method. 

6. Withdrawal Policy

Participants in ISDEDC’s online or on-site programs may withdraw according to the following terms:

  • A participant may withdraw once per 30 days;
  • Any withdrawal from ongoing ROI-based or membership programs must comply with the program’s individual terms;
  • Profit calculations, where applicable, continue daily but withdrawal frequency is limited to maintain operational and liquidity balance.

Withdrawals of invested capital (if applicable) are permitted only after meeting the minimum participation duration defined in the respective program documents. 

7. No Refund on Digital Products 

Due to the instant-access nature of digital learning products, once a user has accessed or downloaded any material (videos, templates, e-books, or modules), no refund is available.

8. Transfer of Enrollment

In cases where refund eligibility is denied, participants may request a transfer of credit toward another ISDEDC program of equal or lesser value, subject to approval. 

9. Special Cases (Islamic Dinar & Investment Programs)

For investment or token-based programs under Islamic Dinar Group:

  • Refund of capital is permissible upon request,
  • Profit withdrawal is limited to once every 30 days,
  • Daily ROI or profit distribution continues as per program rules,
  • Refund of profit is not applicable once distributed. 

Each financial program follows a distinct Shariah-compliant contract (Mudarabah, Musharakah, or Wakalah), which supersedes general refund clauses. 

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes filed with banks or processors may result in suspension of services or account termination.

ISDEDC reserves the right to pursue collection of outstanding dues through legal means in Delaware or the customer’s jurisdiction.

11. Policy Updates

ISDEDC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.

Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website, with the updated effective date reflected above.
